Bryan M. Callaway joined the practice in December 2018. Prior to working at the Law Office of Brett Hastings, Bryan was a partner in a small boutique law firm where he practiced in a variety of areas including personal injury, worker’s compensation, civil rights claims, social security disability, and cases falling under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Act. Bryan joined the Law Office of Brett Hastings to pursue his passion of representing injured parties with a focus on litigation and trial practice.

Bryan was admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida in 2006. Bryan is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Clay County Bar Association. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Bryan has extensive experience abroad through his travels including Fiji, Spain, Africa, Panama, the Canary Islands, and Costa Rica. His interests include sailing and surfing.
